HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You may place your order by e-mail or by phone at 650–322–6051. When your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)

Please note that Soni Bergman Designs jewelry is not mass produced, but individually made by Soni. Availability on many items is limited, and small variations in color and design elements is normal, and makes individual pieces unique.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Visa and MasterCard by phone, or PayPal. Checks are gladly accepted, but order will not be shipped until the check clears.

SHIPPING
Fees will vary with size and weight of package.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within California.

RETURN POLICY
Jewelry may be exchanged for credit only, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items, custom orders, or items that have been adjusted are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non–refundable.

Home Shows

Invite your friends to a private jewelry showing at home or business. The person hosting the home show/trunk show will receive 10% of sales towards purchasing any of Soni Bergman Designs jewelry creations.

Studio Appointments

Visits to the studio are welcome. Please call for an appointment to look over the latest jewelry. Soni can help design wedding gifts, bridesmaid gifts, etc. with you. Also available for custom and commission work. Call the studio at 650-322-6051 for an appointment or send an e-mail.

Mailing/E-mail List

Soni hosts her own shows three or four times each year. November and December are times for holiday gift buying. Items may go on sale in February close to Valentine's Day. In the spring, it's time to see the flowers blooming at Soni's studio and get some cool spring and summer creations.
